24ct gold leaf on silver gelatin luminogram prints.
This completed set of 30 images is my attempt to depict the sunset over a perfectly unobstructed horizon provided by the sea.
The prints were created in the darkroom by leaving the door slightly ajar and moving the photographic paper through the shaft of light.
